Karaoke, the NICE way™

Scan. Sing. That’s it.

Jukoke turns any computer and TV into a karaoke night, and runs the whole thing, from preparing the night to the last-song stats. Guests join from the phone already in their pocket — nothing to install, no account to make — and the host runs the party from a phone too. Use it for a solo practice session or a room full of strangers; it scales to fit.

How a party works

  1. Start Jukoke

Open it on the computer plugged into your TV and sound system. The join codes appear on the screen, and on your first time a guided checklist helps you get set up. Want the night perfect? Prepare it the day before.

  2. Guests scan and add songs

Everyone joins on their own phone: scan the Wi-Fi code, scan the Jukoke code, pick a stage name and PIN, and search for songs. Nothing to install, no account to make.

  3. Everyone gets a turn

The queue rotates fairly, so one enthusiastic singer can’t hog the night. You can reorder, skip or step in whenever you need to.

The whole night in one workflow

Most karaoke apps only play songs. Jukoke looks after the whole evening: getting set up, preparing the night, running the queue, and looking back afterward. The host and the guests each get their own simple path, and the two meet at the queue.

One workflow for the host and the guests Two lanes. The host: get ready, prepare the night, run the party, step in when needed, review the stats. The guests: scan, join, add songs, wait for a fair turn, sing. The lanes meet at the shared queue, at Ask the MC, and at the songs the host prepares for guests. One program. Grows with your party.

You don’t need one tool for the living room and another for the venue. The same app and the same guest experience scale up through Jukoke’s plans — you pay for more room only on the nights you need it.

  1. Free

    A duet

You as host plus one guest. Everything you need to try Jukoke at no cost, with no session to start.

  2. Lite

    Home parties

Up to 8 guests at once, plus loop, tempo and playlists. Guests add their own songs, and Ask the MC helps the shy ones.

  3. Pro

    Events and venues

Unlimited guests, crowd control, Stage Wait, a tip jar on guests’ phones and the full party look on the TV. Built for a KJ running a full room.

Venue with several rooms?

Simply run one Jukoke in each room. Each room has its own queue and guests, and your rooms can share the same song libraries over your network.

Plenty of hosts run Jukoke on an everyday laptop plugged into a TV. Paid plans are bought by the 6-hour session, so a big night doesn’t mean a subscription. Compare plans

Zero install. Low friction.

Every extra step costs you a guest. Most karaoke apps ask everyone to download something and sign up before they can sing a note. Jukoke asks for a camera, a stage name and a four-digit PIN.

The usual way

  • Find the app and download it
  • Make an account, confirm an email
  • Type the Wi-Fi password, then work out the party code
  • The host reads out requests, or guests crowd the laptop

The Jukoke way

  • Scan the Wi-Fi code to get on the network (optional)
  • Scan the Jukoke code to open the party in the phone’s browser
  • Pick a stage name and a 4-digit PIN and you’re in. No account, name or email. The last four digits of a phone number make an easy PIN, but any four digits work
  • Come back next time and Jukoke remembers you

Works with the browser every phone already has — iPhone, Android, an old tablet someone found in a drawer.

Easy for the host. Easy for every guest.

Most karaoke setups make someone do the work: the host juggling requests on paper, or guests queuing at a laptop. Jukoke gives each side exactly what they need and nothing more.

For the host

  • Up and running in minutes. A guided checklist checks your screen, songs and Wi-Fi, and shows what is left to do (NICE-Start).
  • Get ready before anyone arrives. Prepare your songs, your guest list and the look of the night ahead of time (NICE-Prep).
  • Run the night from your phone. A fair queue that looks after itself (NICE-Q).
  • Step in when you need to. Reorder, hold a turn, approve or block a guest, or look over a very long song before it plays (NICE-GAME).
  • Hear from shy guests, quietly. Guests can message you privately and you add the songs for them (Ask the MC).

For your guests

  • Scan and you’re in. Come back next time and Jukoke remembers you, with your songs and keys (NICE-Join).
  • Find a song however you’ve got it. The host’s library, online, or a pasted link (NICE-Add).
  • Not a tech person? Just ask. Send the MC a note and they’ll find and queue the song for you. Nobody else sees it.
  • Get a fair turn and sing your way. Control your own song, and practice the tricky bit first (NICE-Play, NICE-Try).

Ask the MC: a private line to the host

Not everyone wants to tap through a song search in front of friends. With Ask the MC, a guest types a short note — “Could you find ‘Dancing Queen’ for me?” — and goes back to enjoying the party. The host adds the songs to that guest’s own place in the line and replies with a quick green, blue or red note. It’s quiet, discreet and fair, and it works in any language your phone can type. Lite & Pro

Bring your own internet

Guests only need to reach the Jukoke computer. For online songs and search, bring a router of your own, with a SIM card or your phone’s mobile data, so the night does not depend on the venue’s WiFi. See the three simple setups, with diagrams.

The NICE™ way: ten pieces that work as one

Jukoke’s features follow a whole evening, from getting ready to the last song. We call them the NICE modules, and each one hands off to the next, so nothing the host sets up is wasted and nothing a guest does needs repeating.

How the NICE modules fit together in a party For a first time out, NICE-Start walks the host through getting set up. Before the party, NICE-Prep plans the night, using NICE-SIP for your song catalog and NICE-Vibe for the look. During the party, guests move through NICE-Join, NICE-Add, NICE-Q, NICE-Play and NICE-Try, with the queue looping to the next singer. NICE-GAME sits underneath so the host can step in at Join, Q and Play. BEFORE THE PARTY NICE-Prep Plan the whole night ahead NICE-SIP Your song catalog NICE-Vibe Look and feel DURING THE PARTY next singer NICE-Join Scan, stage name NICE-Add Pick songs NICE-Q Fair turns NICE-Play Sing on stage NICE-Try Practice NICE-GAME The host steps in: approve, reorder, hold, block Prepared ahead, in place when the doors open Guests flow left to right; the host can step in at any point NICE-Start Your first time: a guided checklist that checks your screen, songs and Wi-Fi, and shows what is left
Everything the host prepares feeds the live party, and every guest action hands off to the next module.
