Try before you buy

Jukoke is free to run, and every installation includes a 30-day free trial of the paid plans, so you can see what you’re buying before you spend anything.

If something goes wrong

If a purchase didn’t deliver the tokens you paid for, or a paid session failed because of a fault in Jukoke, email support@jukeboxoke.com with the email address you used and a short description. We’ll fix it by crediting the tokens, or by refunding your payment when that is the right outcome.

Spent tokens

Tokens already spent on a session or add-on are not refundable once the session has started, except where there was a fault as described above.

Unused tokens

Unused tokens never expire. You can request a refund of a purchase within 30 days if no tokens have been spent from your wallet since that purchase. Email support@jukeboxoke.com with the email address you used. After 30 days, or once tokens from the wallet have been spent, unused tokens stay in your wallet for future sessions but aren’t refundable.

A refund of unused tokens may be subject to a processing fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, to cover payment processing and handling costs we can’t recover. No fee applies when the refund is for a fault in Jukoke, as described above.

Free trial and promotional tokens aren’t refundable. Tokens have no cash value, except where the law requires otherwise.

30-Day Pro Pass

A 30-Day Pro Pass you have not activated may be refunded on request, subject to the same processing fee of up to 20% described above. Once a pass is activated it can be used until it expires, but it is not refundable, except where there was a fault in Jukoke as described above.

How refunds are paid

We decide how a refund is issued. It may be sent to your original payment method, credited back as tokens, or paid by another method we agree with you, and the amount may be reduced by the processing fee described above and by any other payment processing fees we can’t recover.

Changes to this policy

We may change this refund policy at any time at our discretion. The date above shows the latest update. A change applies to purchases made after it is posted, except where the law requires otherwise.
