Terms of use

Using Jukoke

Jukoke is software for running karaoke parties. You may install and run it on your own computers. You may not copy it for resale, reverse engineer it, or tamper with its wallet or licensing.

Your songs and venues

Jukoke does not supply songs. You are responsible for having the right to play every song you use, and for any public-performance, copyright or other licenses your event or venue requires. Online sources, where you set them up, are your responsibility.

Play Tokens and sessions

Play Tokens are bought through the Wallet and spent on sessions and add-ons. A session lasts for the period shown in the app. Prices and what each plan includes may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm. A 30-Day Pro Pass is bought through the Wallet, waits there until you activate it, and then gives free Lite and Pro sessions for 30 days. Tokens have no cash value and can’t be transferred between accounts or exchanged for money, except as described on the refund page or where the law requires otherwise.

No warranty

Jukoke is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will run without interruption, so please test your setup before party day. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tokens involved.
